Our goal is to help our clients be the best they can be. We strive to make them feel comfortable during the process. We understand how personal it all is and want you to have a fun and pleasant journey. No judgement here.

What is a typical individual consultation like?

Lori Ann is happy to offer a complimentary phone call to get to know you a bit better. When you are then ready to proceed Lori Ann will set up an initial in-person consultation to learn more about YOU! Often at this first meeting we can also include a color analysis or closet audit or communication coaching. It is totally up to you how much you want to accomplish the first day. Personal shopping is scheduled on another day so that Lori Ann can pre-shop ahead of your shopping day.

How can I work with you if I do not live in the Los Angeles area?

We work globally thanks to technology. No worries if you are in another state or country for that matter, we can work with you through SKYPE or if you are a MAC user, iChat. Visit our Virtual Style Consultations page to learn more. The only thing we can not manage will be a personal shopping trip in person (but if you want Lori Ann to fly to you that can be arranged). Lori Ann can ‘shop and send’ to you and she often works that way with her out-of-town clients.

I really want to work with you but could I afford your services?

Working together is an investment in YOU!  Yes, you may think hiring an image consultant is such a grand thing to do. Actually, Lori Ann will save you time and money by making sure your wardrobe fits ALL your criteria. Haven’t you struggled enough with trying to do it yourself? We can take it all step by step, whatever you and your budget is comfortable doing.

Will I have to spend a lot of money on new clothes and will I have to get rid of my current wardrobe? 

Lori Ann works with all types of budgets. She has clients that want it ‘soup to nuts’ redo to those who need just a few seasonal add ins. Lori Ann realizes not everyone can afford to dismiss everything in their current wardrobe and she will do her utmost to rework, revamp and refashion!

What about my taste and making sure I like what is chosen for me?

Having an initial consultation is so important. This is our time together to explore your likes and dislikes and get a better idea what you are all about. She really listens to you and your concerns. This is not a cookie cutter process. Everyone has their own unique fashion personality.
